Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident in every purchase from Best Tape Fashion Strips. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll make it right.
30-Day Returns
You may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used strip packs unless the product is defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@besttapefashionstrips.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required.
How to Start a Return
Email info@besttapefashionstrips.com with your order number and reason for return, or call +1 954 415 9199. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we cannot issue refunds for returns lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Want to swap Durable Strength for Soft Hold (or vice versa)? Contact us and we’ll help you exchange an unopened pack for the other product.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at info@besttapefashionstrips.com and we’ll track it down.
